XCP: xe vm-import should be able to import xva from web instead of just file name.
# xe vm-import filename="http://a.com/b.xva"; sr-uuid=blah
This will save time to download file locally and import. It will also allow to have large repo of templates available for worldwide use.

I think this is a pretty good idea. Might be a good holiday hacking project for someone.
