Add Remote Replication

Add a mechanism to remotely replicate the vm's without the use of external storage. This is a major need for smaller deployments.

I think it means continuous copying vm's memory and disk data from one physical machine to another, thus enabling high availability. Remus does this but it wasn't heard of long ago, although the project is not dead completely. Anyway, remus has some flaws:
        1. Relying upon modified version of DRBD for disk replication (protocol version "D" which couldnt find its way into upstream DRBD because of "silent data corruption potential" as mentioned by one of DRBD developers).
        2. Inability to perform vm memory-only replication on xen cluster installations with shared storage.
It would be great if xen could provide vm memory replication at least for clusters with shared storage. Production-ready vm storage replication solution of some sort also would be wonderful.

This is already included with remus so fixing remus would be a good start.
